CCN Saturday was EXTRAORDINARY!

  • March Missions

At Montgomery County Community College, also known as MC3,

students aren't ashamed of the gospel! Students are excited to learn

and ready to put their learning into practice. Bible study is one of the

best ways that campus missionaries, like Cliff Fullword, are able to

    encourage students, weekly.

Even children are able to stop and listen to the Good News. In fact,

children are most excited to receive a gospel tract! Thank you for

helping us provide our missionaries with gospel tracts. They are the

    paper-seeds that are most scattered.

This young man had many questions about Christianity. He wanted

to know about Jesus' sinlessness. Thankfully, Campus Missionary,

Jenifer Pepling was able to provide answers to his deep questions.

CCN missionaries speak to students every week, many of whom are

desperate for someone to point them to Christ. Thank you for partnering

with us and being a helper in this amazing Great Commission!

CCN Saturday was EXTRAORDINARY!

(continued from previous post: "CCN Saturday"...)

Tiffany got to witness to actor, Samuel L. Jackson, who stood very quietly as she went through scripture.

Afterwards, he allowed her to pray for him. When we left, he just stood there, staring into space, right in front of Madame Tussaud's Wax Musuem. He remained there all night, very pensive. Please pray for him.

We also met a beautiful woman of God, Irma, who serves the Lord alone on the streets of New York City, handing out tracts, and preaching the gospel. What an encouragement! We listened with joy to our sister's stories of God's glory, and prayed for her. She also prayed for us! Please keep this woman of God, Irma, in prayer. When we are her age, we want to be serving the Lord with her energy and zeal. She is yet another older person who I have met, who has an enormous amount of zeal, tenacity, and energy to serve the LORD because she actively goes out of her way to witness.

We also met a young man, Andre, who was on his way to Newark from Texas. He shared that he was from a Christian background, and we invited him on our journey, as we preached and witnessed. During the subway ride, Nick got to know him, and shared with him more about the Christian walk, plus how and why we witness. This was our "friendship evangelism" for the day! Later, he sent us an email through our webite, sharing that he was encouraged greatly and even shared about CCN with his friends back home. Please pray for our friend, Andre!

We all got home in the wee hours of the morning - somewhere around 2 and 3AM. But, we all arose with a fresh zeal, and were dressed and ready for church the next day! No excuses!

Don't miss our next CCN! A day of offering to the LORD, who is more than worthy! This is our reasonable service!

Fasting, Praying, Praising, Worshipping, Word, Evangelism, and Fellowship! Don't miss out!

The Samuel L. Jackson post (with photos) cracked me up!

I was thinking... "She got to witness to him? He let her pray for him!!! WOW!" Then I read about Madame Tussauds and just about ruptured myself laughing!!! :)
