Communication with Committed Members

Once a student makes a commitment to CCN and has been coming to Bible Study regularly, you should be ready to not only encourage them in the things that they do right, but address things that do wrong by lovingly rebuking (correcting) them and restoring them by giving them proper direction. Everything should be done in a spirit of grace and encouragement. Many students also have personal issues that need to be addressed in a caring way.

Remember, if you have any questions or concerns, always ask your discipleship mentor first.
