Questions to ask a Church you want to attend

It can be hard to find a good church.  If you are a new believer it would be very difficult to know the difference between a good and a bad church.  When doing a search the following can help you but are not always true but most are true.

  • If the following are in the name they are not Christians: Seventh Day Adventist, Latter-day Saints, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses and Catholic.
  • If the church is Lutheran, Episcopal, Methodist, Church of Christ and Church of God then there is a very good chance they are not a good church.
  • If the name contains United, Universal or some form of uni then there is a good sign they are not going to be a good church
  • If the website mentions yoga or Buddhism it is not going to be a good church.

These are questions you should ask the pastor of a potential church.
