Nov 2012 Thank You

Thank you for your co-labor with me through prayer and financial giving. I have great testimonies to share! I have been praying for you and your family. I am so blessed to be able to serve the Lord and grateful that you make that possible for me. Please consider me for your year end giving.

The college students are growing in their knowledge of Christ and His Word. We learned how to prove evolution is a lie and show that it does not have any feet to stand on. It was very exciting for the students to see that there was no way evolution was true. The students learned all about discipleship in CCN. We talked about how Jesus taught his followers. The students were challenged to put their hands to the plow and not look back. We discussed our commitment to the local church and helping our local church. We talked about using our gifts, talents and abilities to share the Gospel. The students were challenged on how they could use their gifts talents and abilities to share the Gospel with those around them.

One of our outreaches we went down to the South Side and witnessed to people. We went down to the Strip District afterward and handed out tracts on the way to dinner. We enjoyed Pho for the first time.

Here is a picture of most of the women at the retreat.

This month I was able to travel to New Jersey for a CCN Women’s retreat, where I taught on the subject of “The Truth about Marriage and Maximizing your Singleness.” The students all expressed their gratitude for the teaching. They were blessed by the other teachings during the weekend about “Moving Forward” and “Preparing for Ministry”. Three college students traveled with me from PA to attend the retreat, which was 6 hours away! A student Slippery Rock that I brought testified that she felt “so much love and acceptance.” She is a pastor’s daughter and said that she was so excited to go home for Thanksgiving break to show her family the love she was shown by CCN!
